Aisha Hinds and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan

Aisha Hinds is an American actress who is best known for playing roles in the TV shows The Shield and True Blood. Her range of talents has been proven in TV series including 9-1-1 Detroit 1, 8-7 and Under the Dome since she made her debut acting in the year 2003. Her first recognition came from her character Anna in the 2005 movie Assault on Precinct 13. However, it was her performance of women's liberation activist Fannie Louis Hamer in the biography film All the Way, which gave her the respect she was due as an actor. Hind's portrayal as Harriet Tubman on WGN America's time-based drama Underground was also highly praised. She currently stars on the procedural drama series 9-1-1 in the leading role of firefighter/paramedic Henrietta Hen Wilson. 20th Century Fox Television has renewed the show to a third season. Hind is currently filming the Hollywood film Godzilla: King of the Monsters. The movie is scheduled to release in mid-2019. Her father Krishnaraj, an Army Scientist, who passed away on March 18, 2017, and mother Vrinda are both homemakers. She has an older brother Aditya Rai who is an engineer in the merchant navy. His brother wrote and produced the film Dil Ka Rishta with their mother. Her family relocated to Mumbai and she attended Arya Vidya Mandir. After finishing her studies for intermediate through Jai Hind College, she enrolled at D.G. Ruparel College Matunga was where she scored 90% in her H.S.C. exams. She spent five years in adolescence doing classical dance and studying music. Her favorite subject was Zoology. Bachchan took a course in architecture after she won the title of Miss World 1994. The award catapulted her into modeling's fast track. She received lucrative positions in PepsiCo Inc. and Vogue magazine and also the opportunity to be a spokesmodel for L'Oreal Paris in 2003. She had two acclaimed parts: Iruvar and Aur pyaar hojaia. The two films challenged the traditional form that was prevalent in Bollywood films at the time and pushed Bachchan to prominence in Bollywood's New Bollywood. Bachchan became the queen of Bollywood due to her heartbreaking performance in the role of Paro in the film Devdas. She plays a jilted love character in Devdas (2002) the film that became one of Bollywood's biggest-hitting movies. Devdas also happened to be the very first Bollywood film to be screened at the Cannes Film Festival. Chokher bali (2003) was her next film in which she won acclaim. It's a thriller that is based on Rabindranath Tagore's novel. In that same year she served as the only Indian actress on the Cannes Film Festival jury. Bachchan played part of Gurinder Chedha's Bride and Prejudice. This musical and ballet adaptation of Jane Austen's Pride and Prejudice is directed by Gurinder. Bachchan could bring her beauty and star power to her debut major English film. After the film's release, Provoked: A True Story in English, she returned to Bollywood and appeared in the big-budget Dhoom: 2 (2007). Abhishek Bachchan was married in April of 2007. He's an Bollywood celebrity and regular co-star.
